I have dedicated two summers and an entire fall to volunteering at the Berkeley Chess School, working firsthand with young and aspiring chess players.

I am actively involved with a non-profit organization, ChessPals, providing free chess lessons to underprivileged schools around the Bay Area. I am currently working with four Title 1 schools around Oakland. I am also the National Director of Outreach for ChessPals.
